Shipping and delivery

NoRain Copenhagen ApS dispatch orders with DAO and Postnord.

All packages are insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched, so you can track and trace your package.

In some cases, your order confirmation and tracking number may be caught by your junk filter, so please make sure to check your SPAM folder before reaching out to us.

Receipt and order confirmation

Once you have ordered something from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) on your email confirming that we have received your order. This means that you have entered into a binding purchase agreement with us.

Shipping prices (Denmark) 

Shipping is done with Dao. Normally, it takes 1-2 handling days before the package is shipped. Delivery time in Denmark is usually between 3- 7 working days. This means that a package in Denmark usually takes 4 - 8 before it arrives. All our packages are sent with track and trace. 

Shipping rates (International) 

Shipping is done with DAO or PostNord. Normally, it takes 1-2 handling days before the package is shipped. Delivery time is usually between 5 - 11 business days, depending on the destination. This means that an international package usually takes somewhere between 6 - 13 days before it arrives. All our parcels are sent with track and trace.
